
2 rib steaks (3 à 4 cm of thickness)

5 shallots

1 BBQ

vine shoot

salt and pepper
Cut shallots. Singe them in hot butter for some minutes and wait.
Prepare a fire with the vine shoots in a BBQ. Once ember is ready (wihtout flame), put on it the rib steaks. Cook them for 4 minutes on each side and add shallots.
